Lockton Farm Gourmet is a small family business that produces hand made artisan sausages.
We are passionate about taste, freshness and quality and use only the best quality ingredients and the freshest herbs and vegetables. We source from local growers and producers whenever possible.
At the 2012 Lilydale show, Lockton Farm Gourmet sausages were named the Overall Sausage Champion; taking first place for the Chicken, Cheese and Asparagus variety and third for the Souvlaki Lamb sausage.
We make Gervasoni Bullboars from an old recipe sourced from our relatives the Gervasoni family from the Newstead Daylesford area in Central Victoria. The Bullboar sausage is listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste (the slow food movements register of the endangered foods, recipes & traditional cooking methods of the world).
We draw our inspiration from around the world, from real flavours, and from traditional recipes.
Our sausage makers Brendan & Erik take great pride in our products and hope that you enjoy them as well.
We cater for many food allergies. All sausages are gluten free and many are low in fat. We also cater for people with Fructose malabsorption with our range of fructose friendly sausages.
